Resin Solvent and Resin Remover
Resin Solvent and Resin Remover

Resin Remover by Ballistol – professional, efficient, easy

Ballistol resin removers dissolve stubborn residues reliably and without leaving any traces – no hard scrubbing needed. Two products are at the center of attention.

The Ballistol resin solvent is the specialized tool for workshop and garden use. Saw blades, planers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers: tree sap and pine resin build up and cause sticking. The resin solvent foams up immediately after spraying, adhering right at the spot. Let it soak in, wipe off – done. It also works on warm surfaces, is biodegradable, and extremely economical to use.

The resin solvent is not suitable for car paint or coated aluminum parts. For those surfaces, the Ballistol brake and parts cleaner is the right choice. In addition to oils and greases, it also dissolves organic residues such as tree sap, evaporates without leaving any residue, and is safe for use on paint, plastic, and rubber.

Also usable as a resin remover

Two additional Ballistol products do a great job when it comes to removing resin and sap: The Ballistol freezer Spray spray freezes sap stains within seconds and is also suitable for removing resin from textiles. The resin becomes brittle and can simply be crumbled away.

The well-known Ballistol Universal Oil removes fresh sap and resin residues from surfaces and skin. It also dissolves gummed-up oils and greases – for example from door locks that have seized up. And a key advantage: the Universal Oil does not resinify itself – it stays permanently smooth and fluid.
